Walk to School Week begins on Monday 16th May and runs until Friday 20th May.
It aims to encourage the boys and girls in St. Joseph's to wow us with their walking. Each child that participates by walking to school each day will earn their Walk to School certificate to celebrate their fantastic achievement.
If you live a little further out, why not park a bit further away and walk the rest of the journey to St. Joseph's.
Walking to school is a great idea as it:
- Is great exercise;
- Is great fun- especially if you walk with friends;
- Helps reduce pollution.
- Helps reduce the amount of traffic around our school so the children's journeys will become safer.
