The Department of Education have launched an app on the Safer Schools platform which has been provided by iNEQE Safeguarding Group on a trial basis during this COVID-19 crisis. The app is currently used widely across the rest of the UK.
These are challenging times for all of us and the safeguarding & child protection support provided through this app will be of use to ourselves, parents and pupils. Of particular note will be the specific resources linked COVID-19 contained within the resources section and I would encourage you to review these at your earliest opportunity.
The app, downloaded on either the App Store or Google Play, can be accessed by scanning the QR contained in the image at the top of this article.
