Congratulations to P6B who have successfully completed the Paws B Mindfulness Curriculum. Paws B is a classroom based mindfulness curriculum for 7-11 year olds. It is an awareness building exercise that gave the children a taste of mindfulness that they can return to later in life. The children participated in 12 lessons that deepened their understanding of the brain, emotions, breathing exercises with the most enjoyable exercise being mindful eating. Fantastic work P6, an excellent start to the new year! P6A embark on their mindfulness journey next week.
