Dear Parents/Carers
Following the latest guidance from the Department of Education, an updated list of all key workers has been placed on the News section of the school’s website.
If you are an identified key worker and you wish your child to attend St Joseph’s this week, please inform me before 12 noon on Sunday 22 March, using the following email address stjoesps@gmail.com. Pupils are not permitted to arrive at school without prior notice being given.
We are putting plans in place over the weekend to ensure that the pupils placed in our care and the staff supervising them will remain safe. The fewer children in school, the lower the risk that the virus can spread and infect vulnerable individuals in the wider society – so please use this as a last resort.
If your child is entitled to a free school dinner, we can arrange for a packed lunch to be ready for collection from the school each day between 12 noon and 1pm. Please inform us in advance, either by email or by telephoning the school before 9.30am each school day.
